Sounds just like my mom and I. Whenever I need to know a word or verify the meaning, I give her a call. Hell, I'm 40 (going to be 41 in a few weeks) and I still call her to verify words.
When she answers the phone I tell her I need to talk to "she who knows everything" as I swear, the woman knows what all words mean.
It's a beautiful thing.
