The sad thing is, this is WITH drugs -- Excedrin PM, two hours before time for bed.

I think Nyquil is addictive. And Ambien requires a prescription, right? I think once I get rid of some of the stressors going on right now, I'll sleep better and the problem will be solved. I hope.

I have trouble sleeping and when I take one PM I have a good night sleep. Are they dangerous to me? Could I be in trouble down the road.
