sunrise over Manhattan
I don't usually wake up early enough to see the sunrise. I'm glad I did yesterday. I threw on some clothes, grabbed my camera, and walked out my door, across my driveway, up a tiny hillock on the property, and took some pictures. Ain't it pretty?

When I was in high school we lived in a house (in Nutley) where I could see the Empire State Buildinng from my bedroom at night.

Sue, Damian has the same view (skyline, Empire State Building) out his bedroom window too! His bed is positioned right by the window, so he often goes to sleep looking out at the jeweled skyline.
